Cellular / text enabled phones are everywhere to buy, new or used. Buy one and resell when you leave, or rent one from us. All of the modern International known models are available in new or slightly used. Purchase one or two from department stores or any street side stand. No registration, monthly commitment, or qualifications needed. Used phones of good working order are available starting at about Php1,500 and go up as you add features. Just buy a prepaid cell phone card for how many minutes you want from any little store around. The number of minutes you purchase (called a "load") is up to you. The common "load" is Php250. If you don't damage your cell phone, seriously destroy it, or loose it you can resell it for nearly the same amount you paid when you are ready to go home. Your phone number is stored on a SIM card that inserts into the phone and can be purchased for under Php100 and used immediately. |
